3.  What frame colors are available?

Silver and black are our standard colors. Custom colors also accepted.

4.  What finishes are available?

All colors are available in either matte or shiny finishes.

5.  Are they waterproof?

Both waterproof for outdoor and non-waterproof for indoor for selection.

6.  What is the maximum size?

Our light box can be custom and made to order to accommodate the needs of different types of projects as well as unique spaces. 

7.  Do you make any shape?

Yes. But the standard ones we make are squares and rectangles.

8.  What color temperatures are available?

From 2000K to 9000K according to your requirements.

9.  What kind of LED chips do you use?

We use several different manufacturers in order to provide various color temperatures.

10.  What kind of power supply do you provide?

LED Power Supply are available in both 12V and 24V with UL class 2 or LPS or CE or SAA/C-Tick approved.

11.  How are they mounted?

Various mounting options, wall mount by screws, freestanding or hanging or custom as per requirements of the projects

12.  Can you print images/graphic？

Yes, just provide us the design of images/graphic in ai, eps, pdfs formate originating from vector files.
